DOMESTIC SHIPPING

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. If your order is under $100, USPS First Class Mail will be available for $4.50, which will include tracking number & full insurance coverage. Any orders over $100 will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with tracking number & full insurance coverage for free. If you have special shipping instructions or questions, please contact us before your order is placed.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

 

Orders generally ship within one or two business days of receipt. A tracking number if applicable will be emailed when your order ships if you have provided an email address. If you order multiple items, we will do our best to combine shipping so that your items will arrive at your location on the same day.

RUSH SERVICES AND EXPECTED TRANSIT TIMES

Although we attempt to process, fill, and ship orders within 1-2 business days, we usually can help with rush service and special delivery for due dates and deadlines. Please contact us with your needs, and we will try to help with getting the item to you as fast as possible. We use USPS Express for overnight services anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $12.50, although it is not always guaranteed due to delivery times based on service level and location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE

 

Some international shipments can take 2-4 weeks to arrive through the postal service depending on the service level and destination country. We currently only use United States Postal Service (USPS) Express International, which has been very reliable for us. This shipping method will guarantee you full tracking to your destination. USPS Express International to anywhere in the world will cost $59.95, and $39.95 to Canada, regardless of how many items you purchase within an order to be shipped at the same time.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. Please contact your local customs office for duty rate details.

We reserve the right to refuse orders outside of the USA. We do not accept orders from Nigeria, Russia, Ukraine, Indonesia, or Mexico.
