RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item for a prompt refund as long as the merchandise is in its original sent condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. (We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.)

RETURN PROCESS

 

Please fill out our contact form with your name, email address and a note in the message box stating the reason for your return request. You do not need an authorization number, but you must have either a copy of your original invoice or invoice number. Be sure to package the item carefully to ensure safe shipping, and ship your item with a tracking number to the address below. Keep your tracking number on hand in case of a loss package. Products sent in a standard envelope are subject to damage and could possibly cause an item to no longer by in a returnable condition. We recommend using a protective box or padded envelope with packaging to prevent any damage. Please note that it takes us approximately 3-5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our office.
