Genuine Rolex insert is in good to fair condition. This insert has some scratches & nicks throughout, but is still very usable.  A lovely all natural patina insert to add character to any watch.  The insert's outside diameter measures approx. 37.75mm, & the inside diameter measures approx. 30.75mm.
